I have the credentials to bring the full package to each client. In addition to my services, I coordinate and work with vetted and reliable realtors, movers and contractors. 

When cleaning out an estate, there are several outlets to consider before calling a hauler or getting a dumpster. We organize and assist with making sure items get to the appropriate outlets/organizations. Items such as; books, CD's, DVD's, albums, musical instruments (pianos can be tricky), art supplies, office supplies, toys, kitchen items, linens, bedding and clothes. I have options for furniture and decorative items - both selling and donating.  I assist with shredding and electronic recycling. I have companies that come to my client's homes to buy all types of items. I even have someone that will buy cars. He also helps with transferring the title. At the very end, there may be a need to get a hauler or a dumpster for certain items.  The contents of a home will determine what needs to be done.   My clients are very appreciative and feel good about my process. I help clients clean out their houses, garages, attics and basements. I help family members (kids & siblings), who have lost a loved one, with this process. I also work with financial advisors, lawyers, executors and power of attorneys as needed.
